Returns - US Customers
If you need to return an item to us, please post it back within 90 calendar days of receipt, with the form overleaf filled in. Please check the Terms and Conditions on our website for more information on returns. NB. Items with any customization, for example branding, rope cut to specific length, splicing, rigging etc. are non-returnable, except if there is a fault.
Your refund will be applied within 14 days of us receiving it and will be issued through the original method of payment.
Please ensure you also complete and include the Rooster Returns form with your items.
Please fill in your returns form and include it in your returning parcel, attaching the address to the parcel. If you have lost or not received your form please download and print HERE.
If replacement goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website. (All stock can be checked on the Rooster website in real-time to ensure we have your colour or size).
