I surf so theres usually no places to change but this helps a lot with that issue. A really big thing for me though is when your at a big regatta or even a small one is the bathrooms are being used by people changing and I love how I don't have to deal with that coming in or out of the water. It drys really quickly and is super comfy. Overall definitely worth getting in the long run.

Works really well- when constantly going in & out of the sea (boat handling for beach sprints), it is a great layer to put on to dry the worst of the wet. In really cold and or windy conditions, it won't be enough on its own; you'd need something more windproof over the top.
